1️⃣ Order Cancellation Policy
🔹 Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
🔹 After Shipment: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery.

We offer refunds only under specific conditions:
✅ Eligible for Refund:
✔️ Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase
✔️ Items received in damaged condition (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
✔️ Incorrect product delivered (must be reported within 48 hours)
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
🚫 Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling
🚫 Products without original packaging & invoice
🚫 Custom-made or personalized products
📌 Refund Process:
🔹 Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
🔹 Amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank transfer).
3️⃣ Return & Replacement Policy
We allow returns & replacements under the following conditions:
🔄 Returns:
✔️ Only accepted if reported within 7 days of delivery
✔️ Product must be unused, in original condition & packaging
✔️ Customer must bear return shipping charges unless it’s a damaged product
🔄 Replacement:
✔️ Available for defective or incorrect items
✔️ Exchange will be processed after our team inspects the returned product
✔️ Takes 7-15 business days depending on location

🚴 King Rider EV cycles come with a standard 12-month warranty on the motor & battery.
✅ Warranty Covers:
✔️ Manufacturing defects
✔️ Battery or motor failures (not caused by misuse)
❌ Warranty Does Not Cover:
🚫 Accidental damage
🚫 Wear & tear from regular use
🚫 Modifications or unauthorized repairs
